“Life is Not a Dress Rehearsal. The curtain is Up and You are ON. So go out there and give it your Best Shot.”
Theatre is a retty big word. it means a lot of things to a lot of different people. to me, it has always meant a place where everything is possible.
theatre has many purposes. First, it is about creating a show for the audience. Of course, to do that you need a story written by a play-write, actors to perform it, a director and designers to put it onstage and someimes composers nd lyricits to write songs.
It is a business, it is a hobby, it is a place to work, a place to play with your friends, a place to learn about yourself, a place to learn about others, a place to grow. theatre can take place at school, in your garage, in a big fancy building, or even outside in the open air
